LOCATION/TIME:
The event will be held at The Hotel Roanoke & Conference Center on Saturday, February 28th. Check-in opens at 6:00 PM right outside the Roanoke Ballroom at the Wells Avenue Entrance of the Conference Center.
EVENING SCHEDULE:
6:00 PM | Registration Opens, Social Hour & Silent Auction
7:00 PM | Ballroom Doors Open
8:00 PM | Silent Auction Closes & Live Auction Begins
8:45 PM | The Band Plays
11:00 PM | Event Concludes
PROGRAM:
The Regency Trio will be helping us kick off our evening, followed by dancing to The Pizazz Band to end the night! During the program you will also have an opportunity to bid on items in our Live Auction and show your support with a personal gift during our Open Your Heart portion of the evening. All donations solidify your commitment to your own heart health and support the mission of the American Heart Association.
WHAT TO WEAR:
Dress Code is Black Tie Optional.
PARKING INFORMATION:
Valet Parking will be available at both the main hotel entrance and the Wells Avenue entrance to the hotel. Valet is cash only and is $20 per vehicle. Self-park is also available off Wells Avenue.
SILENT AUCTION:
Silent auction is open for bidding and will close Saturday, February 28th at 8:15 PM, near the close of dinner. If you are a registered guest, be on the lookout for a text message from 91049 and/or email from no-reply.ggo.bid with your custom auction link so you can start browsing and bidding early! Throughout the duration of the auction, bidders will be alerted by text if they are outbid on their items. At the close of the auction, winners will be alerted by text. Please stop by checking out to pick up your items on your way out.
